[rtl]The Ministry of Interior has recommended to the Muthanna Police Directorate the return of nearly 4 billion dinars to the state treasury for its members, contrary to the controls between 2016 and 2017.[/rtl]

[rtl]An audit committee of the Interior Inspectorate discovered that the Muthanna Police Directorate allocated transportation allowances to its military personnel in violation of the regulations and instructions without any legal basis. The funds transferred by the Directorate amounted to 3,863,370,446 dinars.[/rtl]

[rtl]The Office of the Inspector-General called on the Directorate to establish a specific mechanism for choosing how to return those funds that were spent without legal support in coordination with the competent authorities, since the law specified the payment of wages instead of transport exclusively civil servants.[/rtl]

[rtl]In addition, the Office of the Inspector-General directed all departments of the Ministry to abide by the regulations and instructions issued and not to violate the terms and doors of exchange set by the State Budget.[/rtl]
