He added that the center has prepared the main plan for the establishment of the city in two ways. The first is the urban designs that have been completed, approved and approved, while the center has started the second part in preparing the designs for the infrastructure services, including networks: roads, water, sewerage, water, rain water, communications, That their networks are fully designed in coordination with the relevant authorities. " 
He pointed out that "the center formed field teams comprising three formations belonging to the ministry, engineers from the center and from the Department of Construction, Works and Maintenance and distributed according to the terms of reference, while the center will lead the design process in full, indicating that the project will be referred to the Ministry's companies for implementation with the establishment of all its infrastructure services to Then the distribution of units among the beneficiaries according to a specific mechanism.
The Director General of the National Center for Engineering Consultancy said that "the presence of a five percent share for people with special needs, as the units contain the requirements needed by people with needs to facilitate their movement and mobility, while will be determined the proportion of each slide, indicating that the designs were prepared with areas ranging from 150 to 300 square meters. 
He pointed out that his ministry "invited the companies interested in the subject of housing and low cost to provide the latest technologies and ideas for the implementation of housing units and was presented several new ways to build and is the study of the Center for the first time in the city of Sayab," noting that "the citizen will get a residential house with the latest technologies environmentally friendly Energy saving and low cost, which will contribute to the rationalization of energy and the use of thermal insulation and convenient environmental spaces and infrastructure will be completed in three months.
