A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Alia Nassif, said on Friday that the appointment of general inspectors came in violation of the standards and controls related to experience and births, indicating that the state is living its worst in terms of facing corruption.
Nassif said in a statement to the information, that "Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] breached the law by appointing general inspectors born in 1982 in particular, while they are within the seventh degree in the career ladder."
"The state is going through its worst case in terms of confronting corruption and making appointments, especially as these inspectors have given nothing to the country," she said.
She pointed out that "there are standards in the Law of General Inspectors, most notably the length of service, which must be at least 15-20 years in his job in order to exercise his oversight role properly in order to detect corruption files."
She explained that "some judges can not detect (talismans) contracts and need specialists in these files, while the government comes to those who are outside the standards and inexperienced for the post of Inspector General." Finished 25 N
