Planning Minister, Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi, announced on Monday, approved the launch of the disbursement of more than 58 billion dinars for the construction of 124 school buildings in the province of Dhi Qar calculated on the annual allocations for projects included in the investment budget schedules for 2019 within the development programs Provinces in the province, in light of the efforts of the Ministry of Planning to improve the educational situation in the province.
Al-Dulaimi said in a statement received by the Euphrates News Agency, "Approved the disbursement of 58 billion and 50 million dinars in order to build 124 school buildings in the province of Dhi Qar, including secondary schools, middle and elementary schools, kindergartens and expansion work for schools, multi-purpose halls, computer laboratories, centers Examination exams, health wards, implementation of the first phase of the scout camp in Nasiriyah, and the establishment of the buildings of the Department of Reform Education and the Department of Cheetah Education.
