The Department of Investigations in the Authority, speaking about the details of the case in which it investigated and referred it to the judiciary, in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy of it, referred to the decision of the Investigative Court specialized in integrity issues in Wasit a decision to withhold the transferred and immovable funds for the accused members of the Council of The Province of Wasit all, while addressed the related institutions such as the Ministry of Finance and the directorates of real registration in the province and traffic and the general body of taxes, as well as (al-Adabal) and state real estate. "
"The issue concerns the account of the provincial and exchange support fund, contrary to the instructions of the federal general budget, according to the report of the Federal Financial Supervisory Office, which indicated that the amount of exchange amounted to about one billion dinars."
The Court of Inquiry, which is competent to hear integrity cases in Wasit province, has issued a decision to reserve the transferred and immovable funds to all members of wasit provincial council, based on the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code.
