    [size=18]Ukrainian President Vladimir Zielinski announced on Saturday that his country is awaiting an official apology from Iran and through official channels and compensation for the downing of the plane, which killed 167 people.


    "This morning was not good, but the truth emerged. Iran admitted its guilt, that it shot down the Ukrainian plane, even before the end of the work of the International Commission of Inquiry," Zelinsky said on "Telegram," according to "Russia Today".

    Zelinsky added that he expects a full investigation from Iran of the plane accident, and expects "a full confession of guilt and bringing those behind the accident to justice," adding: "We are waiting for official apologies through diplomatic channels and payment of compensation."







    The Iranian army announced in a statement read by state television, today, Saturday, that the Ukrainian plane that crashed in Iran last week flew near a sensitive military site of the Revolutionary Guards and was inadvertently shot down, as a result of a "human error".

    Iranian Foreign Minister, Javad Zarif, said that the Ukrainian plane accidentally crashed during the crisis.
    Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on his account on the social networking site “Twitter”: “ It is a sad day .. The preliminary results of an internal investigation conducted by the armed forces concluded that a human error in a time of crisis resulted from the American tendency to make quick and adventurous decisions that led to Disaster. ”
