    , a member of the Iraqi Economic Council, Ghadeer Al-Attar, stressed on Saturday, the necessity of the new government working to prepare a national industrial strategy.
    Al-Attar said in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "addressing the problems of the industrial sector in Iraq depends on preparing a national strategy that is concerned with the orientation towards exploiting the comparative advantage of some of the main industries in the country and developing productive capacities."
    He pointed out that "the national strategy works to address the problems of the industrial sector by strengthening the companies' export capabilities, creating new resources in hard currency, and providing soft industrial loans to companies operating in the industrial sector."
