Former lawmaker: Allawi is under political pressure to change some of his options in the cabinet

On Wednesday, former Deputy Jasim Muhammad Jaafar stated that the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi was under political pressure to change some of his options in his cabinet.
Jaafar said in a statement to the "information", that "Allawi took his decision to be the one with the option to choose who he deems appropriate for his cabinet, although he took into account some political blocs of components and personalities close to these blocs, but he did not receive names from those blocs."
He added that "there is pressure being exerted on Allawi to change some of his options regarding the completion of his cabinet, in addition to that he is trying to end his cabinet and ensure the parliament votes on it."
And that "Allawi may not be able to pass his government if the Kurdish and Sunni blocs and some Shiite blocs object to Allawi's options, and therefore he is in a difficult position." 25 n ended
