{Baghdad: Al Furat News} A member of the House of Representatives asserted that the Sadqoun bloc affiliated with the Al-Fateh Alliance Naim Al-Aboudi confirmed that the Shi’ite blocs would authorize the formation of the government, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, to freely choose his cabinet in case he was delegated by the Sunnis and the Kurds as well.
Al-Aboudi said while he was a guest on the program “Fawk Al-Shath” which was broadcast on {Al-Furat Satellite TV} that “the sessions and dialogues are still ongoing and until this moment there is a meeting of the Shiite blocs in the house of the President of the Al-Fateh Al-Amiri coalition to discuss the issue of the cab,” noting that “in the event that a mandate is given The Sunnis and the Kurds of Al-Kazemi freely choose the cabin, so Shiite blocs will also delegate it. "
Al-Aboudi pointed out that "the current crisis needs the charisma of the leadership, unless the ministers are the size of the crisis that the country is going through, particularly the Corona pandemic crisis and the economy, and so far the atmosphere is positive and we have not reached a dead end." They are good at their work and at the level of challenges, the first of which is early elections. "
He continued: "There was a preliminary agreement to submit 3 candidates and the choice was for Al-Kazemi, but in the event of authorization from everyone, we will also delegate Al-Kazemi the freedom of choice."
Regarding the approval of Al-Kazemi’s assignment, Al-Aboudi pointed out that “Al-Kazemi’s name was presented at the beginning before everyone and we had a veto on it. So suffocating we agreed to assign him. "
Regarding the accusations that Al-Kazemi was involved in targeting the crowd leaders, Al-Aboudi explained that "there were accusations against a security official, but he was not diagnosed exactly about the airport incident."
Al-Aboudi said that "we have a tendency to hold early elections and we are looking into the matter seriously despite the many obstacles and blocs agreed to pass the government to hold elections within a year and there were political demands in the demonstrations such as amending the election law and an independent election commission and early elections, in addition to the resignation of the current government," noting He pointed out that "it is necessary to have confidence restored to the political system."
Regarding news of Al-Kazemi’s approval in exchange for mediating the lifting of US sanctions on the leader of the League of the Righteous People Sheikh Qais Khazali between Al-Abboudi, “If our condition were to remove Sheikh Khazali from the US sanctions list, we would have placed it in front of former commissioner Adnan Al-Zarfi, who also enjoys good relations with the Americans.”
And regarding the American presence targeting diplomatic missions, Al-Aboudi stressed that "our position against targeting diplomatic missions, which occurred after the martyrdom of fighters from the popular crowd in front of the American embassy, was a spontaneous response," suggesting that "a third party might bomb the American embassy to mix paper."
He added: "We believe that the Americans fully know who is targeting their bases in Iraq, but they knew that al-Qaida was targeted before it happened, but they did not deal with it seriously and perhaps they wanted a peg to target the Iraqi crowd and security. I tell the Iraqi and American government that groups of ISIS will target the Q-base."
On the issue of arms control, he stressed that "any sane person does not accept that there will be arms outside the scope of the state, but if there is a state, sovereignty and law there will be no weapon outside the state and I hope now that the arms will be confined to the state."
And that "Iran supported Iraq with arms and logistical support to confront the Americans, ISIS, at a time when no one from Iraq stood where we were contacting them in the morning and weapons were arriving before the night," noting that "the factions met in light of the American refusal to leave Iraq, and we should all cooperate to get the American forces out and if The Americans refused to leave, there will be later steps added to the official steps. "
Al-Aboudi said that "the Kurds and Sunnis do not refuse to leave the Americans, but they have fears, and the Sunnis fear political pressure on their areas, and there should be a planting of trust between the crowd and the Sunni areas," pointing out that "the Sunni community was exposed to a campaign of pressure and distortion of the image of the crowd by some politicians." ".
He believed that "America is trying to renew the ISIS card playing to pressure Iraq and there are security threats, but the fall of cities in the hands of terrorism will not be repeated," stressing that "since the founding of the popular crowd, there have been countries and destinations seeking to dissolve it and dilute it."
Turning to talk about the telecommunications service, as the guest is the head of the Parliamentary Communications Committee, Al-Aboudi confirmed that "we hosted on Sunday the Minister of Communications and Monday the head of the Communications Commission to discuss the maximization of Iraqi resources," noting that "maximizing state resources is the current priority, including debt on mobile phone companies."
He stressed that "some problems with the mobile phone companies are delayed by the appeal in the courts of Erbil," noting that "communications could be the second resource after oil if it was used properly."
Al-Aboudi added, "We need to review all contracts concluded by the Ministry of Communications from 2003, some of which are monopolistic contracts, and the optical cable project is stopped by corruption, although it will reach the Internet to 5 million Iraqi families." is over
