, the National Coalition led by Iyad Allawi, on Tuesday, explained the reasons for the formation of Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi.
"The coalition has reservations about the lineup of Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi, as it has not lived up to the level of crises that the country is currently suffering from," said coalition member Hassan Khudair Shwerd Al-Hamdani.
Al-Hamdani said, "The country is going through economic crises because of low oil prices, healthier Corona virus outbreaks, and security by the return of ISIS terrorist gangs to some areas, while we see that other political blocs still prefer quotas among themselves to form the next government."
Al-Hamdani added that it is "unreasonable for two blocs to control the government formation," stressing that "the government formation is returning the same previous policies that did not provide Iraq with anything."
Al-Hamdani indicated that "the ministerial cabinet did not respond to the demands of the demonstrators, who made great sacrifices in order to change the policies based on ethnic and racial quotas, and for this we see that the results of that government are decided in advance and they are moving towards failure as happened in previous governments."
