A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muhammad al-Shibki, said that the dialogues of the political blocs had reached the stage of recent understandings, likely to vote on the budget within days.
Al-Shabaki confirmed that an agreement had been reached between the political forces on the text of the eleventh article related to the share of the Kurdistan region and the confirmation of all the obligations of the region related to the delivery of what was due on a monthly basis in exchange for the federal government to pay the rights of the region monthly, while pointing to the solution of the problem of foreign loans in addition to the budget inclusion of financial allocations for all contracts and wages And the lecturers in its final version.
