Member of Parliament, Representative Nasser Yusef, revealed, on Wednesday, that a final agreement had been reached between Baghdad and Erbil regarding Article 11 related to the Kurdistan region.
Youssef said in a press interview, "There is a final agreement on Article 11 that was agreed upon between the Kurdistan Region delegation and the political forces."
He added that "the delegation of the Kurdistan region and the political forces reached a final agreement that would speed up the passage of the federal budget in today's session," noting that "the region showed high flexibility with Baghdad in order to solve the complex matters and proceed to legislate the budget law as soon as possible."
