[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The Federal Integrity Commission revealed the details of the recruitment order issued against the former head of the Supreme Committee for Relief and Shelter of the Displaced Persons and two officials in the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, indicating that the order came against the background of the case of transferring the amount of (19) billion dinars in violation of the powers.
The Commission's Investigation Department stated, "The Karkh Investigation Court issued a summons order against the former head of the Higher Committee for Relief and Shelter of the Displaced and two officials in the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement, in the case of transferring an amount of 19 billion dinars, contrary to the powers granted."
The department stated, "The details of the case refer to the approval of the former Chairman of the Higher Committee for Relief and Shelter of the Displaced, when he was Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Services at the time, on the proposal of the Deputy Minister and Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department of the Ministry of Migration and Displaced formerly, on the proposal to transfer the amount of 19 One billion dinars to the displaced families through a private company without a decision issued by the Higher Committee for the Relief and Shelter of the Displaced.The
department pointed out that the recruitment decision issued by the court, in the case that the commission investigated and referred to the judiciary, was based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Law Penalties.
The commission had previously announced the issuance of several judgments against convicts in cases related to the file of relief and shelter for the displaced, including two judgments against the former governor of Diyala and employees of the Nineveh Governorate Office; In the case of concluding corruption-tainted contracts for the relief and shelter of the displaced, the sums of which amounted to (10) billion dinars, and another ruling issued against the former mayor of Samarra serving a six-year prison sentence; In the case of violations committed, (24) billion dinars were allocated to combat poverty and support the displaced. / End 9[/rtl]
