{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Interior Minister Othman Al-Ghanimi met today, Saturday, with the European Union Ambassador to Iraq Martin Hoth, while they discussed the exchange of experiences and the intensification of work to serve the common interests between the two sides.

At the beginning of the meeting, the minister welcomed his guest and discussed with him a number of issues of common interest, foremost of which is the continuous coordination and cooperation between Iraq and the European Union, according to a statement by the Ministry of Interior.
Ambassador Hoth praised the efforts of the security forces in combating terrorism, crime, law enforcement, and providing other services.
