China and then Iraq are the most prominent markets for Iranian products
Shafaq News/ An Iranian government official said on Monday that the Chinese, Iraqi and Turkish markets are the most important destinations for exporting goods from his country.
The Director General of Iranian Customs, Mehdi Miracharfi, said in a statement today that the country's foreign trade volume in the first half of 2021 increased by 47 percent compared to the same period last year to $45 billion.
Referring to the growth of the country's foreign trade in the first half of this year, the official added that Iran's foreign trade volume reached $45 billion during this period, while maintaining export growth, to record a 47 percent growth compared to the same period last year. Exchange of 79 million and one hundred thousand tons of goods between Iran and various countries of the world.
He explained that the main export destinations of Iran are China with 14 million and 800 thousand tons of goods worth 6 billion and 500 million dollars, Iraq with 13 million and 900 thousand tons worth 3 billion and 800 million dollars, Turkey with 7 million and 200 thousand tons worth 2 billion and 300 million dollars, and the UAE With 5 million and 800 thousand tons at a value of 2 billion and 200 million dollars, and Afghanistan with 2 million and 500 thousand tons at a billion dollars.
