    [size=45]Today, Friday, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs revealed its measures against companies violating the employment of foreign workers.[/size]
    [size=45]The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Abeer Al-Chalabi, said in a statement: “The file of foreign labor is a joint work between the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of the Interior with regard to granting residency and the recruitment of foreign workers through offices licensed in accordance with Labor Law 37, and that it should be in every company and sector.”[/size]
    [size=45]She added that "in every project, the proportion of Iraqi workers should be 50% or more in exchange for foreign workers, and there are procedures in the event that company owners and factory owners introduce foreign workers outside these controls and procedures, they will be referred to investigation and judiciary."[/size]
