Member of Parliament Ali Shaddad Al-Faris confirmed, today, Sunday, that the file of lecturers will be a priority for the work of the new Parliament, while noting that the budget law gave the file of job grades priority.
Al-Fares said in a statement to the official agency, followed by the news agency, that "one of the parliament's priorities is to take care of the lecturers' file in order to advance the education sector," noting that "there is a way to take the lecturers' rights."
He added, "The people's representatives should give priority and attention to the lecturers, because we need a conscious generation."
Regarding job grades, Al-Fares stressed that "the budget law gave the job grade file a priority to support the plans of the ministries and governorates within the approval of the budget law," noting that "there are other laws for some projects that will take priority as well."
And Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi announced, earlier, the directive to solve the problem of lecturers in the 2022 budget.
