Yes Iraq: Baghdad

The Basra Agriculture Directorate announced the implementation of 99% of the winter plan for the winter agricultural season, during which 51,414 dunams were planted with various agricultural crops, but 62% of them were planted with wheat, and about 30% were tomatoes, and the remaining crops varied in 8% of the allocated area.
The Director of the Planning and Follow-up Department, Ali Salem, said in a statement that the total implemented area amounted to 51,414 dunams, which included 32,254 dunums of wheat, 15,300 dunams of tomatoes, 925 dunams of barley, and 2,935 dunams of other crops. These areas are distributed in the districts and districts of Basra Governorate.
Salem added that the implementation of the plan was accompanied by the processing of 1,262 tons of wheat seeds at a price subsidized by the Ministry of Agriculture, and 21,127 tons of urea fertilizer and 332 tons of dab fertilizer were prepared.
