Various government excuses for not delivering the dues of the oil-producing provinces

Representative of the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Al-Ziyadi, confirmed that successive governments have created many excuses for not delivering petrodollar dues to the oil-producing governorates.
Al-Ziyadi said that the deprivation and absence of services in southern Iraq was the result of the financial policies of successive governments.
And he indicated that the dues of the petrodollars within the 2021 budget did not reach the oil-producing governorates, except for what Basra received from small amounts of its dues, as successive governments invoke the war on terrorism, the security situation and the financial collapse of the country.
