Near the opening of new shipping line between the UAE and Basra

Management Branch reported the General Company for Maritime Transport in Basra, said Thursday that the company was going to open a new shipping line for maritime transport between the ports of Iraq and the UAE in light of the contract form of joint operation with the Arab Bridge Company with a capital Egyptian-Jordanian-Iraqi Joint.
The director of the Branch General Company for Maritime Transport in Basra, Mahdi Ali Askar in a press statement, "The company is in the process of opening of the shipping line new for the transport of goods and passengers between the commercial ports of Iraq and the UAE in light of the contract form of joint operation with the Arab Bridge Company, a company with a capital of Iraqi Jordanian Egyptian joint, "noting that" the Arab Bridge Company will assume under the contract to run the new line using its fleet of ships and in cooperation with the company ( APL ) World of Shipping. "
He added that "the three companies will all share in the implementation of the project to be a public company for maritime transport is the exclusive agent."
He pointed out that "the new line will contribute to the revitalization of the import of goods through the ports of Iraq, and will focus initially on the transport of goods of various kinds, and then it will be of interest to transfer passengers by sea between Iraq and the UAE."
