Earth News/ Member of the State of Law coalition, Ahmed Al-Sufi, revealed today, Monday, the main obstacle between the coordination framework and the Sadrist movement in the negotiations to form a government.
Al-Sufi told Earth News, "The main obstacle between the coordination framework and the Sadrist movement in the negotiations to form the government is determining the largest bloc," noting that "in the coordinating framework since the first day, we say that in all other agreements, it will come after determining the largest bloc."
He added, "This is the main point on which the framework and the current must agree, and then go to name the prime ministers and the republic," stressing that "this is the fundamental point of difference."
Al-Sufi continued, "Nuri al-Maliki announced that there was no reservation about Jaafar al-Sadr, provided that the name would be discussed after determining the largest bloc, but the main forms are that the bloc must be agreed upon, and then we go to secondary matters."
