Shafaq News / The Iraqi politician, Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, considered, on Saturday, that the Iraqi people are heading towards "famine" in light of government reports that talk about the existence of strategic stocks of the wheat crop sufficient for only 3 weeks, and that the contract to purchase new quantities of this substance takes two months. At the very least, he stressed that this matter fluctuates between "government neglect and the opening of a new door to corruption."
