This morning, Aswan Governorate witnessed the martyrdom of two police brigades at the Ministry of Interior during a traffic accident while chasing a livestock shelter called “The Bank” in the Edfu Center. For Public Security, in addition to two recruits, “Ahmed Siddiq and Ahmed Soudi,” who were accompanying the two brigades during the chase for the cattle restroom.
A number of citizens submitted dozens of reports to the Edfu Police Station in the Aswan Security Directorate, stating that a comfortable person in the livestock trade had disappeared after he was late in paying the dues of livestock owners and calves dealers in the area of the city of Al-Busailiya in the Edfu center in the north of Aswan Governorate, after they dealt with the “promise” system, and his delay in payment for a period 21 days in exchange for an additional amount of the price of the commodity or head of livestock.
At the time, the Ministry of the Interior and the Aswan Security Directorate did not issue any official data indicating the arrest of the resting livestock or the inventory of the financial sums obtained.
As for the story of Al-Mustahir, which started months ago and his trade rebounded in the recent period, the name “Bank” appeared in Aswan and other neighboring governorates after obtaining millions of pounds from its victims who dreamed of getting rich quickly, which helped him plot fraud operations against the victims without any trouble persuading them about Through his representatives, he bought livestock at a price higher than its real price in a specific period of time that does not exceed 21 days to pay the amount, in what is known as the promise system, which attracted hundreds of victims eager for quick profit.
The story began with a person nicknamed “The Livestock Restroom” in Al-Mamariah in the village of Al-Basaliya Bahri in the Edfu Center of Aswan Governorate, who was working as a tuk-tuk driver. They raced to sell the livestock to him after he promised them to pay them after 21 days, but they demanded the rested one to deliver their promise and here he began to break his promises to them and extend the payment period.
One of the victims of the resting place said that he sold a number of heads of cattle, the real price of which was 100,000 pounds, according to the promise system, at a price of 300,000 pounds, after a period of 21 days.
One of the eyewitnesses indicated that the patient began broadcasting videos on his Facebook page to reassure the people, as the last date for the promise and payment of the money to its owners was yesterday evening, Tuesday, but the victims were surprised by the disappearance of the rest and his absence on his farms as usual, which angered The victims after the spread of news of his disappearance, which led to hundreds of them gathering in front of his farm, demanding to recover the basic amounts, not those agreed upon by the promise system.
In the same context, the security forces deployed in the vicinity of Al-Mustareh farm to control and prevent riots or any clashes between the residents, and imposed security control on the place.
For his part, Major General Ashraf Attia, Governor of Aswan, decided, in order to preserve livestock, to ban the transfer of livestock outside the governorate for a period of one month, and to prevent their entry without immunization, while slaughtering the violating seizures and selling them to citizens at reduced prices.
In order to confront the phenomenon of monopolizing livestock, and in implementation of the assignments of the Governor of Aswan, 9 large barns with an area of 10,000 m2 were removed in the desert backyard of the village of Al-Busailiya in Edfu, where the infringements committed by a number of violating traders by monopolizing a large number of livestock were removed, affecting the livestock, and consequently the prices of livestock. Meat counteracts this phenomenon.
The local unit of the Edfu Center and City, led by Ibrahim Suleiman, and also the local unit of the city of Al-Busailiya led by Kamal Helmy, in cooperation with the Aswan Security Directorate, under the supervision of Major General Ayman Khallaf, and Major General Hossam Abu Zamil, assistant director of security, carried out a magnifying campaign to remove 9 large hangars in the desert back of the village of Al-Busailiya Bahri Naga Al-Sayeh on An area of about 10 thousand square meters, including 2 barns, containing hundreds of heads of livestock, which have been preserved.
The Governor of Aswan confirmed that there is coordination with the Security Directorate led by Major General Hisham Selim to confront this phenomenon decisively, whether by removing any barns or buildings for collecting livestock or by activating the governor’s decision to ban the transfer of livestock outside the governorate, as well as prohibiting their entry without numbering so that they have a paper card. Inscribed on it the registered number, and the vaccinations the animal received, especially the vaccination against foot and mouth disease.
