, today, Thursday, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi revealed the possibility of the Sadrist movement's deputies returning after the Federal Court's decision on the 28th next.
Al-Tamimi said in an exclusive interview with “Mawazine News” that “it is not possible to speculate on the decisions of the Federal Court at all, and that there are a number of legal possibilities that may result from the matter,” noting that “if the Federal Court decides to reject the case, all matters are considered finished in this file.” ".
He added, "If the court decides that the resignation should be voted on, Parliament must do so, and here the matter must be presented to Parliament for a vote, and if the vote is taken, the resignations are accepted while retaining the new representatives."
He continued, "If the resigning representatives refuse to return to Parliament even after the decision of the Federal Court without voting on the resignation, here they remain as members of Parliament." Ended 29 / M 99
