The Federal Integrity Commission announced, on Monday, the issuance of an order to bring in the Director-General of the Nineveh Governorate Health Department; for “intentionally committing a violation of his job duties.”
The Commission's Investigation Department said, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the Nineveh Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued a summons order against the Director-General of the Nineveh Governorate Health Department, against the background of one of the department's employees exploiting his relationship with the director-general's son, to achieve personal benefits. at the expense of the public interest.
The department stated, "The investigations into the case, which it investigated and referred it to the judiciary, concluded that the employee interfered in the department's work through his relationship with the director general's son by including his name in the implementation and receipt committees for the implemented projects, in violation of the law."
She added, "The Nineveh Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued the recruitment order, in accordance with the provisions of Article (331) of the amended Penal Code No. (111 of 1969)." Ended 29/N33
