Jubouri: This causes the deficit in the budget for fiscal 2014

She said al-Jubouri told (the newspaper of integrity) that "the existence of financial savings accumulated from teams selling prices of oil to prevent a deficit true in the financial budget," indicating "that the reason for the deficit was due to the financial corruption in the joints of the state and the lack of final accounts for the budgets of the previous fiscal.
She added that the teams selling price for the sale of oil price guessing prevent a deficit because the sale price of the oil price is higher than that calculated under which speculative financial budget resources and thus is supposed to be there is a surplus and not a deficit.
She noted that the rampant corruption in the transactions approved by the government and the private military in addition to the lack of final accounts for the past years has led to a deficit placebo sustained.
And demanded that al-Jubouri, the need to submit the final accounts for the previous years and the appointment of ministers who are competent for the ministries of security, especially to prevent manipulation in the military deals with the adoption of the standard of competence and integrity of the other ministers would reduce the deficit as long as the price of a barrel of oil more expensive than the price calculated in the budget.
