    Parliamentary
    sources said that the number of attendees for the meeting House today
    [149] deputies are without specified number for a quorum to vote on the
    State budget as planned.

    He
    said that those who entered the Council Chamber were "[23] menu and

    The deputies from the
    national and Kurdish alliances met understanding on budget but did not
    announce an agreement on the disputed points, most notably the benefits
    foreign oil companies operating in Kurdistan.

    forced to postpone alglsth for half an hour in the hope that an
    agreement between the political blocs or completes the quorum for
