[rtl]Baghdad / NINA /- The Minister of Trade, Atheer Al-Ghurairy, visited today, Thursday, a number of food and flour agents in the Karkh regions, after a citizen's complaint was received on the direct phone for complaints. The minister answered him, against the foodstuff agent, implying manipulation of supply and failure to be present at the agency at the specified times.
The ministry said in a statement, quoting the media office, that “Minister Al-Ghurairy, accompanied by a joint team, went immediately to the agent's area and personally supervised the stored records and materials and their types, and he directed the agency to cancel the validity of the complaint submitted by the citizen, in addition to punishing another agent with a warning for not adhering to the hygiene conditions.” And the space contained in the controls and instructions issued in this aspect, while honoring an agent for her commitment to the instructions and providing citizens with their prescribed quotas.
The statement indicated that "Minister Al-Ghurairy, on the sidelines of that visit, met with a number of citizens residing in that area and affirmed that" the doors of the ministry are open to everyone to listen to observations and proposals that carry out work.
