Today, Thursday, the Minister of Justice, Dr. Khaled Shawani, confirmed that he did not hesitate to refer any employee involved in financial and administrative corruption cases to the competent courts.
And the Ministry of Justice stated, in a statement, that "Justice Minister Khaled Shawani held an extensive meeting with the directors of notary public in Baghdad, and the meeting focused on the need to provide justice services to citizens smoothly and away from any obstacles, according to what was stated in the government program and the ministerial curriculum to facilitate procedures to serve the public interest."
The minister emphasized, "the importance of the role of the notary public departments in preserving the legal rights of the citizen in order to raise the level of work in line with the directives of the services government."
And he stressed that "all legal measures should be taken against every employee who fails to perform his duties or is involved in fraud," adding, "
Shawani explained, "The electronic automation project is the ideal solution in combating corruption and reducing red tape," stressing, "obtaining preliminary approval from the Council of Ministers regarding the construction of justice complexes in Baghdad and the provinces."
