Mustafa said in an interview with "Baghdad Today", that "after the twenty-first of next July, any person who carries weapons without a license will be subject to legal punishment."
He added, "Any person who carries a weapon will be subject to a penalty of up to 3 years in prison and a fine of up to 3 million dinars, because in the recent period, killings and conflicts have increased, and this matter is unacceptable." .”
