    The Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, announced today, Sunday, that the file of those whose contracts have been terminated will be included in the 2023 budget, while she confirmed that the employees' salaries "will not be affected."

    She added, "We continue to install contract holders for those who have two years of service."

    And the Minister of Finance stated: "It is not possible to increase the spending limit or put in place texts that cost the treasury more than the budget ceilings."
     
    Sami also said, in an interview with Alsumaria News, that "the Parliamentary Finance Committee, during my hosting inside the parliament dome, did not discuss the budget, but rather we discussed the details of the sums that led to raising the government debt ceiling."

    She added, "Provincial representatives of the House of Representatives always complain and object to their financial allocations in the budget," noting that "the budget deficit is just a planning deficit, and it is effective when there is an ability to finance and spend."
     
    And the Minister of Finance stated, "The public treasury bears the electricity fees, which are estimated at 16 trillion, which is expensive," adding, "We will start implementing the single treasury system."

    Today, Sunday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee decided to host three ministers to discuss the requirements and obligations of the appropriations file in the budget.
