    The problem of resettlement for the employees of the education directorates in Baghdad and the promotion of financial inclusion 
    According to the book of the Ministerial Team for the Implementation of the National Strategy for Integrity and Anti-Corruption No. 3435 dated 5-7-2023, in which it affirms the freedom of the employee to choose the place of residence for his salary away from compulsion and submission, the position of the Accounts Department in the Directorate of Education was negative in terms of the lack of dealings with other banks Other than Mesopotamia and Al-Rashid.. and the reason is unknown!!.
    Based on experience, not theorizing.. The employee who wants to change his salary settlement from a government bank (the employee is forced to) and provides miserable banking services with great benefits to other banks needs a legal contract to be submitted to the concerned department, especially the mention (Directorates of Education in Baghdad)..
    Note that there are approximately more than 60% of the employees who wish to transfer settlement from the Mesopotamian and Rasheed government banks in particular, and for the aforementioned reason, and even 40%, if they were not committed to loans from the concerned banks, they would have demanded a change as well.
    Accordingly, we hope that the Central Bank of Iraq and its being the highest monetary authority in the country, and on the part of enhancing the financial inclusion of private banks in addition to the role of human development .. it should urge the banking system to submit contract offers and work to transfer settlement to them, which enhances the role of financial inclusion and creates a positive In terms of enhancing confidence in private banks (whether commercial or Islamic).
