Al-Sudani: Al-Muthanna possesses the elements of an effective industrial and investment province

Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani inaugurated, yesterday, Saturday, the “Wataniya Factory” for the production of high-quality oxidized asphalt, in Al-Muthanna Governorate. The health sector is a credibility for the efficiency of services provided to citizens and the first evaluation criterion.
The Prime Minister supervised the electronic operation of the "Al-Wataniya Factory" in Al-Muthanna, and listened to a detailed explanation of the work of its units, and its production capacity, which reaches 200 tons per hour.
According to a statement by his media office, Al-Sudani appreciated "the efforts of the engineering cadres and workers in the local company building the factory, which is one of the important projects in Iraq in general, and Al-Muthanna Governorate in particular, and constitutes an important addition to the investment sector in it."
He stressed that "Al-Muthanna Governorate possesses many elements to be an effective governorate at the level of national industry and investment, which would advance its economic reality and provide job opportunities for its people, thus helping to improve their living conditions."
The Prime Minister also inaugurated, during his visit to Al-Muthanna Governorate, yesterday, Saturday, the new building of the Muthanna Investment Commission, where he toured the corridors of the building, and was briefed on the details of the commission’s work. their work and directed the follow-up of their treatment.
Al-Sudani stressed, according to an official statement, "the government's seriousness in activating the investment sector, and reaching true partnership with the private sector," noting, "Iraq's possession of various natural resources, which enables it to achieve a leap in various sectors." He referred to "the government's effort to remove problems and obstacles facing the investment sector, and work to make it an attractive environment for internal and external investments, in a way that helps in developing the economy and contributes to enhancing the domestic product." During his visit to Muthanna, the Prime Minister inaugurated the "Al-Zahra Model Forum" in the city of Samawah, affiliated to the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Muthanna Governorate, in the presence of the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Governor of Muthanna.
Al-Sudani directed, according to a statement by his media office, "to give the required care for the needs and interests of youth, to embrace and develop youth and sports talents, by providing the required atmosphere and requirements, and to cooperate with the institutions concerned in this regard," stressing "the government's keenness to develop the infrastructure for youth and sports activities." And placing the issue of youth support in its priorities and development programs.
The "Zahra Model Forum" was built on an area of 15,000 square metres. Al-Sudani chaired a meeting of the heads and officials of the service departments in Al-Muthanna Governorate, and was briefed on the overall service projects and the performance of the departments that are directly related to citizens.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister said: These field visits aim to see the reality of service provision, the performance of various institutions, and to evaluate performance according to what has been achieved, and what the citizen actually receives from the service, stressing the assignment of specialized committees to follow up on the directives and observations that stand on each visit. In order to achieve its desired goal, he stressed the importance of conducting a careful review of defects, shortcomings and delays, in conjunction with appreciating any distinguished effort that seeks to provide service to citizens and meet their requirements and aspirations.
The Prime Minister made a "surprise" visit to the "Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital" in the city of Samawah, where he was briefed on the service reality of the hospital, its facilities and wards, and the level of medical and treatment services and health care it provides to the citizens of the governorate.
Al-Sudani also met a number of hospital visitors and patients treated there, listened to their complaints, and inquired about their acceptance and satisfaction with the level of services provided by the hospital.
The Prime Minister stressed that the health sector comes at the top of the government's priorities, and it is a credibility for the efficiency of services provided to citizens and its first evaluation criterion, pointing to the continuation of care and development in this important aspect.
In addition, the Prime Minister participated, yesterday evening, Saturday, in the annual festival held on the 103rd anniversary of the Twenty Revolution, which is held by the Al-Dhaloom clan in Al-Muthanna Governorate.
Al-Sudani gave a speech at the festival in which he praised the national and humanitarian stances of the various clans of the province, appreciating the important social role they play, and their value extension of the pivotal historical stages that the struggles of the Iraqi people went through in liberation from colonialism.
And the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani, arrived yesterday morning, Saturday, in Al-Muthanna Governorate, to see the reality of services in the governorate.
For his part, the governor of Al-Muthanna, Ahmed Munfi Jouda, said, in an exclusive interview with "Al-Sabah": The visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani included the inauguration of a number of projects. The service that the province and its districts need.” And Jouda stressed that “Al-Muthanna has achieved a qualitative boom economically through a number of factories and investment factories such as cement, iron, steel, and plastic factories, in addition to foodstuff factories.” A true partnership with the private sector.”
