    (newsletter).Congress voted in the thirteenth meeting held under the
    chairmanship of House speaker Osama Al-nujaifi and 168 deputies, on
    Wednesday, 12 of the Federal law on the equalizer, was adjourned to
    Thursday.

    The Council said in a statement received (News Agency)
    reported Wednesday that at the beginning of the meeting, the Council
    proceeded to the vote on the budget bill submitted by the committees of
    finance, economy and investment, where voting was completed on 12
    articles in the Bill.

    General budget revenue estimates for fiscal
    year 2013 (119296663096) 1,000 dinars (one hundred and nineteen
    thousand, two hundred and ninety-six billion six hundred and sixty-three
    million and ninety-six thousand dinars) where the calculated revenue
    resulting from the export of crude oil, based on the average price of 90
    dollars a barrel and an export rate of 2 million and 900,000 barrels
    per day, including 250 barrels of oil produced in the Kurdistan region.

    The
    budget included the allocation of expenditures for fiscal year 2013 by $
    (138424608000) 1,000 dinars (one hundred and thirty-eight thousand four
    hundred and twenty-four billion, six hundred and eight million).

    The
    total planned budget deficit (19127944904) (Nineteen thousand and
    seventy-seven billion nine hundred and forty-four million nine hundred
    and four thousand dinars and covering the deficit of the cash retained
    in Iraq Development Fund and of internal and external borrowing and the
    savings ratio is expected to increase selling prices or increase oil
    production.

    And the federal budget for fiscal year 2013 17% of
    total expenditures to Kurdistan as the budget took into account quotas
    governorates that are not organized by County by population.

    The
    budget included the allocation of expenses of the defense and security
    sector (19702296000) 1,000 dinars (Nineteen thousand seven hundred and
    two billion two hundred and ninety-six million dinars) in provision
    (12782897000) 000 (twelve thousand seven hundred and eighty-two billion
    eighteen hundred and ninety-seven million dinars) for the education
    sector has been allocated (29456011000) 1,000 dinars (twenty-nine
    thousand four hundred and fifty-six billion and 11 million for the
