Completing the transactions of 70,000 families in Kirkuk to include them in subsidies

The Social Protection Department in Kirkuk completed the transactions of 70,000 families to be included in the salaries of the protection network after meeting the controls, with efforts to add 30,000 needy families.
The director of the department, Ahmed Yahya Ahmed, told Al-Sabah: A field survey of families was conducted by social researchers as part of a campaign launched by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers since last January.
He added that the campaign aimed to include poor families, groups suffering from diseases, widows, divorcees, families of missing persons, prisoners, the elderly, and those without breadwinners, with the salaries of the social protection network in accordance with the applicable controls and instructions.
Ahmed pointed out that the social survey operations were carried out through 15 committees that worked in the areas of Kirkuk Center, districts and districts, and completed their work after recording visits to assess the living situation of each family, as well as auditing their data, indicating that there are 30,000 other families still undergoing social research.
