The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs directed the completion of procedures for re-granting subsidies to families whose results appeared below the poverty line after the data boycott, instructing its departments to exempt citizens from processing fees related to the data boycott to reduce the burden on them.
Undersecretary Hoda Sajjad stated in an interview with “Al-Sabah” followed by “Al-Iqtisad News” that the Ministry directed to expedite the completion of procedures for re-granting the subsidy to families whose results appeared below the poverty line after boycotting the data, at the same time instructing its departments to exempt citizens from fees for completing private transactions. By interrupting the data to reduce the burden on them.
She indicated that a number of measures had been taken to simplify the mechanism for boycotting the data of applicants for inclusion in social protection, by naming a representative of each of the Ministries of Finance in the Tax and Justice Authority in the Real Estate Registration and Agriculture Department in the Agricultural and Interior Lands Department in the Traffic Directorate, in order to reduce red tape and redundant episodes and simplify procedures for citizens.
