    {Politics: Al-Furat News} A leader in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan confirmed their agreement with the Kurdistan Democratic Party to resolve two disputes with the federal government in Baghdad in accordance with the Iraqi constitution.
    Sherzad Samad told {Al-Furat News} agency, "The political dialogues with the Kurdistan Democratic Party are still continuing, as the two parties met a few days ago in the Salah al-Din resort in Erbil, in the presence of the leaders of the union headed by Pavel Talabani and leaders of the Democratic Party led by Masrour Barzani and Nechirvan Barzani."
    He stated that "the meeting touched on a number of points that existed and there were disagreements between the two parties that are still ongoing, but there are commonalities between them, most notably the salaries and benefits of employees of the Kurdistan region, and the two parties agreed to refer to the constitution to resolve them."
    The day before yesterday, Tuesday, the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union met at the headquarters of the Kurdistan Democratic Political Bureau in the Salah al-Din resort.
    The two sides stressed the need for coordination and cooperation and the need to mobilize the strength and efforts of all forces and political parties to protect the entity of the Kurdistan region, as well as formulating a joint strategy that is compatible with the course of events and their changes, and confronting all challenges.
    The two sides also agreed to strengthen common points and resolve crises and problems in accordance with Kurdistan national and patriotic interests.
    The Kurdistan Democratic delegation was headed by the party's vice presidents, Nechirvan Barzani and Masrour Barzani. The delegation also included members of the administrative body of the political bureau, Fadel Mirani, Hoshyar Zebari, Azad Barwari, Mahmoud Muhammad, Pashtiawan Sadiq, and Jaafar Aminki.
    While the National Union delegation included Bafel Talabani, Qubad Talabani, Imad Ahmed, Saadi Berah, Rifaat Abdullah, and Shalaw Ali Askari.
