    The Vice Chairman of the Committee, Mohamed Karim Al-Baldawi, said in a press interview, “The government of Prime Minister Mohamed Shiaa Al-Sudani was born from the womb of the people and is a government of services, and it is working in this direction through the ministerial curriculum it presented, which contained 23 chapters in addition to two basic elements placed in The political agreement document, and the ministerial curriculum included 5 priorities, the most important of which was combating administrative and financial corruption, and it also Focused on this resource in the seventh item, which specializes in combating corruption and waste of public money, recovering funds, reviewing previous projects, controlling state resources, establishing an electronic government, and automating its procedures. government, as well as recovering funds from outside the country.”

    Al-Baldawi added, “The Prime Minister currently saw that many projects and activities were being exploited for private interests or partisan and factional interests as a result of the proximity of the governorate council elections, so he directed the Supreme Coordination of Governorates that are not organized into a region to track these projects and the mechanism for referring and disposing of them.”

    He pointed out that "many of the issues related to the distribution of land and appointments, the Prime Minister directed that they be stopped currently, but there are necessary projects related to public service and the urgent need of citizens that he excluded, and they are In the process of being referred and moving forward to complete and work on them, in addition to projects to remove bottlenecks and infrastructure projects.” Infrastructure, water and sewage projects, as well as addressing old projects related to citizens and citizen services that were previously referred, and therefore today there is a comprehensive review of these projects by the Ministry of Planning with the various ministries, sectors and governorates to follow up on their work.”

    He pointed out that "many of these projects have been returned to service and work because they represent a necessity, and have reached high completion rates. There are projects that have been structured, projects that have been cancelled, projects that have been liquidated, and others that are still suspended awaiting judicial procedures in this regard.”

    He continued, “Completion rates vary between projects, and there are strategic projects that have been emphasized, such as water and sewage projects, large power station projects, generation projects, and refineries. These are strategic projects, and the government is working with a plan that may be parallel to the service plan regarding strategic projects, including the Nebras Petrochemical Project, and associated gas extraction projects.” And benefiting from it, and projects to establish and complete refinery projects such as the Karbala refinery and the rest of the refineries, and to introduce isomerization units into it to enhance the national production of petroleum materials and derivatives (white oil, gasoline, and diesel) fuel), in addition to electrical energy production projects, whether these projects are through the combined cycles that began. Contracting or through projects and the establishment of new stations operating with extracted fuel or black oil, which are thermal stations, and there is also a project to produce solar energy in Iraq with a capacity of 1,000 megawatts.”[/rtl]
