Al-Janabi said in an interview with Al-Sumaria News, “We were directed to open an investigation regarding what the lady representative mentioned about Wood Consulting Company, which is a Dutch-British company,” adding that “the file of this company will be scrutinized.”

Representative Sarwa Abdel Wahed revealed, today, Monday, on her page on the “X” platform, that Wood Consulting, a Dutch-British company, entered Iraq as a consulting company in the oil sector, specifically in oil production, since 2010, and obtained huge contracts in Basra and various parts of the country. .

Abdul Wahed confirmed that “this company’s contract is constantly being renewed, and it has been operating it for 7 years without opening the door to any competition with more experienced and higher-level international companies, in addition to the huge suspicions of corruption that accompanied the implementation of this contract, the latest of which is the station producing liquefied gas worth $900 million.” ".
