[size=45]Today, Friday, the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibas Al-Saadawi, directed Iraqi Airlines to return Iraqi passengers stranded in Saudi Arabia, in coordination with the relevant authorities.[/size]
[size=45]The ministry said in a statement, “Al-Saadawi directed the General Company of Iraqi Airlines to return Iraqi passengers stranded in Saudi Arabia, in coordination with the relevant authorities to facilitate the procedures for returning them to the homeland, in a way that guarantees their safety and dignity.”[/size]
[size=45]The minister stressed, according to the statement, “the necessity of devoting all capabilities and energies and accelerating the preparation and organization of the process of returning them in coordination with the external offices of the lines.”[/size]
[size=45]It is noteworthy that “the return of dozens of Iraqis traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on flights of the Fly Baghdad company, on which the US Treasury Department imposed sanctions,” was suspended.[/size]
