    The office reported the implementation of the arrest warrant issued against the current assistant director of Tikrit Teaching Hospital, who was the director of the administrative, financial and legal matters department in the Salah al-Din Health Department. Following the issuance of fictitious administrative orders to promote employees in the primary health care sector in Baiji in the years 2021 and 2022, indicating that the orders are attributed to being issued by the department without the approval of the Minister of Health or the issuance of a ministerial order for promotion; Which led to a waste of public money. As a result of disbursing financial sums to employees who were ordered to be promoted and promoted.
    He added that (7) defendants were brought in, namely the chairman and members of the repair and symptom detection committees in the governorate health department after they caused a waste of public money, pointing out that sums of money were disbursed to the car repair committee. Based on fictitious receipts, and after conducting an investigation and moving to the stores from which the purchase receipts were allegedly issued, it was found that the department’s accounts employees had disbursed amounts for car repair transactions. Based on fictitious purchase receipts; With the aim of achieving personal interests at the expense of public money.
