    In its report, a copy of which was sent to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Health and the Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety, the department indicated the importance of educating citizens about receiving the vaccine, and daily field monitoring of vaccination outlets, as well as taking legal measures against the promoters to refrain from taking it. 
    The report recommended identifying hospitals to receive critical cases of people infected with the virus; To ensure that the rest of the hospitals and health institutions carry out their normal business and continue to provide services to citizens, he also called for directing border crossings and airports to examine arrivals, and to take appropriate measures to deal with the injured among them.
    He warned of the imminent expiration of some vaccines that reach the stores of the Ministry of Health before a period not exceeding three months from their expiry date, and the discrepancy in the speed of vaccinations dispensing between the departments of the Ministry, in addition to the failure of the health departments in Baghdad and the governorates to provide the Public Health Department with the exact needs of vaccines, And not to separate the daily immunization program for children under five years of age from the coronavirus vaccine program.
    The report referred to the decision of the Supreme Committee for National Health and Safety No. (103 of 2020) regarding Iraq's joining the Kovacs facility of the International Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization, which includes more than (150) countries, which ensures that Iraq is equipped with a quantity of vaccines sufficient to cover 20% of the number of vaccines. Population, and Cabinet Resolution No. (88 of 2021) that includes dealing with countries and manufacturing companies; To purchase vaccines directly, and to prevent dealing with intermediary companies.
    And he indicated that the total contracted quantities of the American (Pfizer) vaccine for the year 2021 amounted to (18,000,000) million doses, and (8,603,010) million doses were received, while (3,750,000) million doses of the Chinese (Sinopharma) vaccine were received. As for the doses received from the Kovacs facility, For all manufacturers, it has reached (5,095,770) million doses, and the rest of the contracted dose is (223,803) doses that have not been received so far, pointing out that the Public Health Department has developed an urgent plan to distribute ultra-freezing freezers before the company is equipped by the World Health Organization, which is monitored by the World Health Organization. The manufacturer of the vaccine according to a controlled program according to which changes in the temperature of keeping the vaccine are known.
