Iraqi Minister in the UAE: We are committed to enhancing cooperation

Shafaq News/ The Emirati “Sharjah 24” website reported in its English version, on Friday, that the Iraqi Minister of Immigration and Displacement, Ivan Faiq Jabru, confirmed Baghdad’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with the UAE, including what is beneficial for both countries.
The website stated in news translated by Shafaq News Agency, that the UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, discussed with Minister Jabru common regional and international issues, as the discussions focused on strengthening the strong strategic relations between the countries of Iraq and the UAE in a way that serves common interests.
The report quoted Sheikh Al Nahyan as saying that the UAE is keen to strengthen its relations with countries of the world on the foundations of coexistence, dialogue, peace and human solidarity between societies and peoples, stressing that such efforts are pivotal in enhancing global stability and prosperity.
According to Sheikh Al Nahyan, Iraq and the Emirates have “strong fraternal relations,” strengthened by joint endeavors in various fields, in a way that achieves prosperity and development aspirations in the two countries.
The report quoted the Iraqi minister as saying that Iraq is committed to strengthening cooperation with the UAE in a manner that serves mutual interest, praising the UAE’s initiatives to strengthen peace, tolerance and global coexistence, which promote the principles of human brotherhood.
