Deputy: Federal service law will eliminate quotas

Baghdad/Obelisk: citizen parliamentary bloc, demanded Sunday to approve Federal Service Board Act to eliminate quotas and job recruitment efficiency standards.
Bloc MP said hamdiya Al-Husseini in a statement "the Obelisk" copy that "Federal Service Council Act No. 4/2009 and published in the Gazette of Iraq on 6-4-2009 it was grounds for its issuance is the management of the public service and the dimensions of the obsession of politics, political parties and State institutions."
"The law will develop work in State institutions and ensure standards of competence in recruitment and appointment and promotion".
Husseini said it "collected signatures for (25) members of Parliament, was submitted to the speaker of the House of representatives to approve this law, prior to the approval of the budget, his be or become poor due to it" is one of the most important laws that affect the lives of Iraqi citizens and guarantee their rights and to eliminate quotas
