On Tuesday, the National Investment Authority delivered good news to the citizens applying for the city of Bismayah, noting, “The implementing company will begin completing the remaining residential units during the current month.”
The spokesman for the National Investment Authority, Muthanna Al-Ghanimi, told Al-Maalouma, “The Bismaya complex is one of the largest residential and development projects in Iraq supported by the government, with a total capacity of 100,000 residential units, of which only 20,000 are occupied.”
He added, "The Investment Authority is in the process of distributing 9,400 housing units during the current month, in conjunction with the return of the South Korean company Hanwha to work in the complex to complete the remaining units."
