The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, discussed today, Sunday, with the Governor of Nineveh the mechanism of cooperation between the judiciary and the governorate administration, and the opening of new courts in cities far from the center of the governorate.
A statement by the council received by Mawazine News stated that “the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, received the governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil, and congratulated him on assuming the new position.”
The statement added that he “discussed with him the mechanism of cooperation between the judiciary and the governorate administration and the opening of courts in districts and areas far from Governorate Center.
