Former member of the House of Representatives, Kazem Al-Sayadi, commented on the violations that affected the Federal Supreme Court and the Iraqi judiciary.
Al-Sayyadi said, in a televised interview followed by Mawazine News, that “The head of the State of Law coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, is the king of the political process, and if he had not been in place, the political process would have ended, accompanied by the fall of the judiciary and the Federal Court.”
He added, "Al-Maliki is the first supporter and implementer of the Federal Court's decisions when there was an alliance between the obstructing third, which included Al-Halbousi, the Kurds, and Al-Sadr."
He pointed out that "the political process in Iraq is a democratic process that works on the basis of the needs of one individual, and no alliance can be called an obstructive alliance."
