The coach of the national football team, Jesus Casas, confirmed that stability and openness are influential factors for success.
Casas said during the dialogue seminar held by the Iraqi embassy in Spain in cooperation with the La Liga League, “Training the Iraqi national team makes me feel very happy,” stressing his “determination to continue to achieve the set goals and make the national team one of the first names on the continent.”
Casas added that he "feels proud to lead an important team that strives every time to be at the forefront," stressing that he is "very happy to be part of a historic era for Iraqi football represented by the agreement that took place between the Iraqi Federation and the La Liga League."
He stated, "The fruits of this agreement were clear in the Iraqi league, and it is possible that they will be greater in the coming years."
Casas is preparing to head to Qatar to support the Olympic team in the AFC U-23 Cup. Ended / 25 L
