[size=45]The Minister of Electricity, Ziad Ali Fadel, announced the imminent implementation of a broad campaign to remove violations, indicating that this will contribute to improving the service provided to citizens and increasing the efficiency of the electrical network.[/size]
[size=45]The Ministry of Electricity said in a statement, “In continuation of the inspection tours conducted by the Minister of Electricity of the electrical system maintenance centers and assessing the level of work, he inspected late Tuesday night two maintenance centers in the Al-Zafaraniya area, south of Baghdad.”[/size]
[size=45]The statement added that Fadel “personally reviewed the register of complaints documented electronically via hotlines and recorded on paper via citizen visits, and checked their numbers and levels of achievement. In order to verify the effectiveness and seriousness of dealing with complaints, the Minister made direct contacts with a number of citizens who submitted their complaints, and listened.” “Their response time to complaints, quality of service, and ensuring that they are not being blackmailed by some weak-minded people.”[/size]
[size=45]The statement continued, “The Minister of Electricity instructed to honor a number of technicians at the center for their perseverance, sincerity, and dedication to performing their duties and providing their best services, and stressed the imminent implementation of a broad campaign to remove violations, which will contribute to improving the service provided to citizens and increasing the efficiency of the electrical network.”[/size]
