    [size=45]Two political sources revealed that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani received recommendations from Iranian parties regarding his participation in the upcoming elections in Iraq.[/size]
    [size=45]The two sources said, “The recommendations urged Sudanese to run in the upcoming House of Representatives elections within the electoral coordination framework lists, while maintaining the unity of the decision after the elections.”[/size]
    [size=45]The two sources added that the recommendations came after the desire of political parties to ally with Sudanese, away from the coordination framework, in exchange for him obtaining a second presidential term.[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Sudani's position or response to these recommendations was not immediately known.[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Sudani assumed the position of prime minister in October 2022, supported by the coordination framework, in addition to a political alliance that brought together Kurdish and Sunni forces.[/size]
    [size=45]The initial outlook on the performance of the Sudanese government is to achieve a balance in Iraq’s foreign relations, including dealing smoothly with both Iran and the United States, the two countries that have a great influence on the Iraqi arena.[/size]
    [size=45]According to information, Al-Sudani, despite assuming the position of prime minister with the support of the Shiite coordination framework, has some disagreements with Nouri al-Maliki, the former prime minister and one of the prominent figures in the framework, as a result of a difference in political and administrative visions between them.[/size]
    [size=45]On the other hand, Al-Sudani is supported by Asaib Ahl al-Haq, which has become an influential political force in Iraq.[/size]
    [size=45]A government official says, “This support reflects the balance of power in the Iraqi political arena, as Al-Sudani relies on the support of these factions to ensure the stability of his government and confront the political and security challenges in the country, and does not mean their interference in decision-making directly.”[/size]
